Brought my mars surveyor second hand and it's great. I had to call and ask for help as the previous owners had removed the wiring for the pump and such; the lady on the phone was really helpful in getting it sorted, she even helped me figure out which model I have. Since then I've taken it out about 12 times and it's been fantastic!!! Easily set up and comfortable.

So just putting this put there for anyone looking to buy a mars camper. Ive had multiple issues with my brand new endurance ls and so far ive been given the go around and then told i have to pay around $4000 to send it to vic for a look over and then back to wa.
A list of things that have happened are
Awning walls and floor dont line up at all
Rusting and corrosion due to inferior parts for all latches and locks, stairs, gas struts, light fixtures , wheel nuts and alot more
Rear brake light issues due to really poor wiring tie downs and really cheap clips falling apart after second trip

Purchased a Spirit Lifestyle and have had a great experience so far. Have done 6 trips in it and have had excellent assistance from the staff at Mars, in particular Cassandra. I have had two issues with the camper (both of which caused by me) and both fixed without a question asked. Staff have been excellent to deal with and so far quality of the camper seems great.

Purchased a second hand 2018 Spirit 2 Pac reluctantly after reading reviews on forward fold campers but my wife had her heart set on one so took the plunge. Our first trip was to outback NSW and couldn't be happier with the build and performance. Handled the rough outback roads without a problem and everything stayed in tact. Easy to tow and well equipped. Highly recommend

We have purchased a 2019 Titan camper trailer costing almost 13k. We had paid an extra $250 to get the canvas “waterproofed/sealed” . After using it for the 3rd time since we purchased it and the first time in wet conditions on the weekend it leaked like a sieve. After contacting Mars to talk about the leaking issue I was informed that the canvas is out of warranty. ( 1 year) my issue is not the canvas but the way the poles are touching the canvas on the inside causing water to run down them and pool in 5 different spots inside my camper trailer . To me this is more a design flaw in the trailer

Well actually i am really disappointed in the purchase I made 9 months ago and still haven't had it rectified, I am especially disappointed with the service received. I purchased a second hand camper and was told by the sales rep that everything but the shower tent was included and said it was basically brand new and there was no wear and tear on the camper. Little did i know that it did not have a floor, the wind block was not there, the zip was ripped on a side wall, the batteries were damaged, amongst other things. when contacting the sales team they said they wouldn't assist as it was second

I Bought the vanguard trailer band new 15 months ago I would not recommend to anyone
Been on 6 trips with the trailer and now have to fix the following
-Back Lock (fell out while driving)
-Water pump no longer works
-jokey wheel bent
-slide out kitchen hinge
I contacted mars to see what they could do as it’s only 15 months old and and I was pretty disappointed with their response (warranty manager). Pretty much nothing is covered under warranty.
I wont be buying my next camper from Mars
