Bon Amici Wine Bar & Cafe, our humble, cosy and quite lovely wine bar, lies in the heart of Toowoomba's dining and entertainment CBD. If history tells us anything it is that size really doesn't matter because Bon Amici's is more than meets the eye.
Not just a place to stop and have coffee and a chat with an old friend or meet for a quick business lunch/meeting, it's a place where there is always action, where you can refuel on amazing sandwiches and wraps or a classic steak sandwich.Live Music drives our business with local artists playing at our 'Open Mic Night' and touring artists performing on weekends.

Sunday Jazz at Bon Amici Wine Bar & Cafe has been a long standing event for this Towoomba Venue. At 3pm every Sunday, we showcase jazz musicians and vocalists from all over South East Queensland. This event is the perfect gig for a relaxing time with your friends and family. It also helps keep the local artists in front of people visiting the city.
Whether you're a hacker who wants to play the new song that's been festering in your head for the last three years, or a guitarist that'd make Angus Young blush there is always room. Bon Amici has Toowoomba's longest running open mic night every Tuesday night, so if you would like to get involved please do.

Being from Los Angeles, California I am spoiled with choices, still I adore Bon Amici of Toowoomba. It has delightful eats including vegetarian options, and the customer service is terrific. The seating options may appear worn to some, yet the natural reaction is to cuddle-up on a comfy chair to a cup of coffee and good read. I wouldn't change a thing.
Short story about an instance with the owners. One day I was feeling lonely and nostalgic. I went there to work on a script. I ate a late lunch (a savory Veggie Lasagna) and ensuing felt a little naughty, so I had a milk shake too. I often

Growing up this was the spot to go for a coffee in Toowoomba to feel like a deep thinking brooding young adult. It still has that feel to it.
On Easter Monday with many newer and more decent cafes shut, Bon Amici was chosen as a spot to sit with my Dad and spend some quality time. With many other open cafes in the vicinity overwhelmed with Easterfest-goers seeking caffeination, Bon Amici was, by comparison, relaxed and not too busy.
Our coffees were a standard Toowoomba $4 a pop (cup size, not a mug) and a fairly decent cup of joe. I ordered a long black and it did the job of kickstarting the

This place has a very comfortable atmosphere. It is brighter now, with the recent face-lift.
The coffee is not my favourite. I found it very bitter.
I love the cushy chairs up at the front, but the pillows smelled like someone's stanky-old mildewy basement.
Great place to have a cuppa and read a book up at the front by the windows.
