The Sunshine Dance Centre has been established in Nambour since 1995. Offering a wide range of performing arts, the Sunshine Dance Centre is recognised for high quality dance tuition. Many past students have gone on to professional dance careers either as performers or teachers.
Great success has been achieved in examinations with the opportunity to participate in the prestigious R.A.D. Classical Ballet Examinations and Comdance (formerly C.S.T.D.) Ballet, Theatrical, Modern Jazz and Tap Examinations.Our students have shown great dedication resulting in a consistent 100% pass rate for the school.

Services
At Sunshine Dance Centre we take a great deal of pride in every student that attends class. Fully qualified teachers ensure all students are taught correct technique in a safe environment promoting the love of dance!. This year we will be continuing our new Qld Ballet Petit Pointers (2-3yrs) and Come Dance With Me (4-5yrs) programs.
Blue class leotard, matching skirt and blue scrunchie for around bun. Correct ballet socks. Pink ballet shoes with elastic over instep. Camel Bloch tap shoes with taps. Black Bloch or Energetiks split sole jazz booties. Black energetiks leotard with gather. Flesh ballet socks or seamless ballet tights.
Carman trained at Conroy Dance Centre for 16 years. Carman began her teaching career at Conroy's, where she obtained her Teachers Certificate in Comdance theatrical, classical and tapping as well as adding Comdance modern jazz award (with Honours) to her achievements. She continued in her teaching studies adding the R.A.D teaching certificate after moving to the Sunshine Coast and teaching at the Maria Shanks Dance Centre.
