I've always had an insatiable interest in personal development and what makes people tick - why do we do the things we do, even when some of those things can bring us unhappiness and dissatisfaction? In my quest for learning and answering these questions I became a counsellor and coach with the aim of helping and guiding people to experience a higher quality of life, love, joy, satisfaction and happiness.
Explain the therapy approaches and how we will work together and see if we are a match (very important for you!) I'm based in Brisbane Australia, however I hold online sessions and coach/counsel by phone/online for those who cannot attend in person or live overseas. I also provide email/social media support in between sessions if required.
