The Pelicans of The Entrance know when dinner time is and can be found milling around the foreshore well before feeding time. Great photo opportunity and commentary by our local rangers provide an educational session about our diverse marine ecology.
Sydney International Airport has a train line that runs directly into the city from the domestic terminal. From the domestic terminal you will need to change trains at Central Station. Look for the country lines above ground platforms 1 to 13. Our closest station is Tuggerah which will take around 2 hours travel time.

So guys this place is a little peace of heaven I got there for a night and it was so good I had to stay for more than 2 weeks.
They have anything you can think of to be in a hostel and more but besides the amazing facilities the staff there is simply charming and above all- Chris, Chris is the owner of the place and really you don't see people like him every-day he changed the place made it twice as good as before, he's an amazing person who treats people with great care

*Had all the Cooking Essentials you needed.
*Clean and Tidy
*The Staff were really nice and helpful.
*I Stayed many many years ago to much Noise for myself most of the Backpacks want to Rage etc. As i was trying to sleep early Sunday morning, (2am) this European drunk guy could not find his keys and bloody hell he was making some noise
The only thing what Disappointment me was the Noise Some people, don’t any respect for other people who want a early night.

Bloody amazing people, the facilities here are exceptional and brand new. The kitchen is chock stocked with everything you need instead of hauling your own stuff inside, and the communal fridge is gigantic with enough room for everyone.
Everyone here was more than accomodating and made me feel extremely welcome. Highly recommended!

I had an awkward situation with another fellow as the staff booked us in at the same bunk. The guy was quite rude when saw me on his bunk and I responded at the tone, that was close to start a fight, hopefully the staff acknowledged their mistake and put me in another room. Apart from that, cool place, clean toilets and facilities! I would recommend.

The Entrance backpackers is the most convenient place to stay for me, being across the road from, Shops, Clubs, Movies, next door near buses. I arrive from Melbourne to Sydney airport then after 2 hours on a very pleasant train journey, to Tuggerah station how nice it was.
The room was nice and quiet and super clean and tidy! Cheap, great hostel I would stay there again for sure.
I had awesome experience and the staff were very helpful, Big Thanks to Manager Dan.
