Our new luxurious 3 bedroom Cabin has now been constructed at The Palms at Avoca! Le Grande offers outdoor living at its best with a stunning large verandah! The huge verandah is fantastic and overlooks natural bushland. It is a great place to relax in the outdoor lounge or dine outside with a private BBQ, table and chairs.
Le Chateau is our newest accommodation style. The beautifully appointed, self contained cabin accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and is ideal for two couples wishing to take a short break or to take your partner for a romantic weekend away. Fully air conditioned with the living area flowwing out to the private verandah which is surrounded by lush bushland.

Will never stay here again! Did not feel safe! Had an older man standing outside, watching in the window as my baby & I were sitting in the lounge room !
Called out to him as soon I noticed & he bolted away! Called reception immediately after this happened and they pretty much told me don’t worry could have been a delivery driver? I’m sorry but this is not normal behaviour… I just hope no one else experiences this at this place!

It was a good experience staying here we stayed in cabanas. Our one was smaller cabana with bigger veranda. It was very clean. Great for big familes( 6 at most). All pots and pans were provided were right and useful. Kitchen appliances were very good (i wish there was a toaster for breakfasts). Very beautiful/swimming area with lights at night and nice water sound( due to covid we cudnt use it but it was worth mentioning). Very big nice veranda/ balcony. Good amount of privacy behind bedroom and kitchen area but not much privacy front of cabana so lots of shared kinda walkways. Nice gaming room

Omg I have booked a few places in Avoca beach and this is my favourite place ... will be back it was clean everything you need and friendly the staff were very helpful and understanding and just wonderful ..... to stay there was for me the best place my family and the kids loved every minute of it .... can’t wait to go back and enjoy the pool spa and everything 🙂🙂🙂🙂

I very rarely review businesses but feel the need to be upfront about our experience. I could never recommend this place which is really sad because the facilities are great (i.e. the pool is lovely, the playground is great, the grounds are well kept - although the games room leaves a lot to be desired) and the manager Mandy and receptionist were nice.
We had a 6 person villa - we didn't have a problem with it being very very basic (definitely 3 star or less) but there were glaring deficiencies. Yes, there is air conditioning, but it barely made a dent during the day in summer and did not reach
