Had a wonderful experience at this place. Found a car on Carsales and enquired about it. Hadi gave me a within a few minutes and offered a great deal. He even waited a week for me to come and collect it because it was a 1hr drive for me and I couldn't make time.
Further enquiries were resolved immediately whenever I contacted Hadi. The buying and delivery was smooth sailing.
Liz was wonderful in managing the delivery time and doing the administrative work regarding transfers. She did a wonderful sent off.
Overall great staff at Frankston Toyota. Will definitely do business here again.

Today visited Frankston Toyota with my partner who yesterday was told if she brought this car today the deal would be for 48,000 and change only to say she would like the specs sent her but unfortunately she was not contact by the salesperson. So my partner and i returned the next day went on another test drive and then went in to discuss terms and pricing only to be told that there had a pricing review overnight and the price is now 59,000 and change and the best deal is now 53,000 and change. Only to be told that it was a sales Poly to see if your really interested in buying What a discussing

Paid a deposit with Hadi and agreed to fix some issue on dashboard + Full tank of petrol + two key + gift voucher as advertised. After 9 days from the initial deposit, Pat (Manager) promised to deliver the vehicle on Monday @ 10 am. Once I go there, car was not ready and asked to wait until 11 am or come another time to collect the car. Based on my complain delivery coordinator brought the car for handover around 10.30 am. At that time, dashboard hasn’t fixed and car hasn’t clean properly. When I ask about Full tank of petrol & two keys, they rejected to provide it. None of the staff including

This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had buying a car! a young salesman helped us and advised me on a price they would be willing to sell the car for only to be told the next day after I had been for a second test drive and wanted to buy it that they had put the price up. LIERS, MANIPULATORS, AND TIME WASTERS !!

Short Version: They get lose 1 star from me because communication during the wait time with updates to delays was shocking to non existent, staff overall helpful pre sale - bit pushy to sign on the line but delivery when it finally came they where great.
