We bought a Nissan X-Trail st from this dealer 5 years ago, always got great service from the dealer at every point
Recently as the car had done about 71000 KMs, the auto transmission developed a fault and needed replacement. Technically, the car was outside the 3 year 100000 km (whichever comes first), but I requested the dealer to try for a goodwill warrantee replacement of the drive, as the car mileage was way below the 100000. The dealer batted on our side and bargained for us to get the replacement and they did. It saved us a ton of money.
My faith in the Brand Nissan was restored, and I

Dandenong Nissan offered a fantastic deal on my new Y62. Dylan Barter handled my car from sale through to delivery, which in my opinion makes for fantastic service, certainly beats having to deal with multiple people and mixed messages. There is a long wait on cars at present and especially the Y62 Patrol, I could not have been happier with the open & honest communication and feedback provided by Dylan throughout the entire process. I bought a brand new 370z from Nissan Dandenong last month. Because the vehicle was under the "contactless" picked up condition, and I truly believe Nissan's brand new car should have a perfect conditions while I picked up, I found there were few problems with the new 18km showroom 370z after I drove it back home.
1. No floor mat included.
2. Day running light has not been connected yet - which was NOT on.
3. Reverse camera heavily blur.
I talked to the salesman, he just "kindly" mentioned if there was any problem, please come back to Dandenong service department. I bought the car there as

Guys want to save you time, money and effort, run away from Dandenong Nissan service. There are better places to get your car serviced, I learnt it the hard way after my car service. What so ever no ethics and no respect for their customers. I really fell concerned for their business. In this competitive world such unprofessional service is a big question to their reputation. They make you feel that you have made a big mistake by choosing them. Very disappointed. Never going back again👎. Wish I could give a zero star review
