I had a great experience dealing with John from Point Nepean Car Sales. Without being rude, I have tried to purchase cars in the past (admittedly from much bigger franchised dealers) where I have not been given much time. Despite being a genuine buyer. In those cases, I walked down the road and bought another car. That certainly wasn't the case with John.
I had actually been looking to buy a different car from the other side of the city but John’s non-pushy and accommodating approach made all the difference.

I must say John is a very honest man to deal with. I bought a car from him sight unseen. The whole process was smooth and hassle free till he got the car delivered to me interstate. His service didn't stop there, I had a little issue but he resolved it with a helpful attitude under warranty even thoughI lived almost a thousand kilometers away. I must say I had a stellar experience with John and I will surely be buying my next car from him as he is honest and trustworthy. I wish him all the best.

Do not purchase a car from this dealer.
I repeat DO NOT!!
Paid $16k for a car. Got the car home after a week the heater stopped working and they then had the car for a month and I got the car back after them supposedly fixing it, then had the car for another week. More stuff happened, leaking oil, lost power, was not driveable. Etc. They then went to fix again. And didn’t fix the oil leak had to take it back once again. And still never fixed it. I had to get someone else to fix it. They use dodgy mechanics to fix there cars. They had the car all up over 4 months backwards and forwards. And

John was so lovely and helpful! Bought a Ford Focus for a great price with RWC and Rego and a 3 month warranty. 2 days later the car wouldn't start! I called john and he came over to my house to look at the car- turned out to be a battery problem and he then replaced the battery for me with a brand new one (not included in the warranty but he did it free of charge!) to prevent it happening again. So, so, so thankful. Cannot recommend enough!

Very easy people to deal with. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a car. The prices were very reasonable, too. Having an RACV check done was no trouble and the car turned out to be stellar mechanically. Only issue was the sunroof on the car was broken and they had it repaired quickly and free of charge. Highly recommend this dealership.
