Very overpriced - staff were friendly but that's about it.
Food was very average to say the least, tacos probably the only thing worth it on the menu.
Legit $30 for corn chips and cheese when we asked for no Chili con carne on the nachos.
Cost $16 for a meat skewer entree and one of the skewers came with little to no meat.
Waiting 30 mins for cocktails and when asking the waitress about it she said "sorry I'll jump behind the bar and make them myself."
I wouldn't come back here even if they paid me to.

Was our first time at the Milbri and we were excited as members of our family were raving about how good it is. Unfortunately we all had the worst experience, we were only allowed to order the “tasting menu” as there were 12 of us seated, which in itself was fine. However, at $45 the “tasting menu” was terrible value for money and dare I say a ripoff - a tiny taco, one skewer of pork and a bowl of calamari salad to share between 2-4 people. On top of that, the service was appalling. Disappointing to say it is the first and last time we will be visiting the Milbri.

The staff was not concern about the people sitting outside in scorching sun, we asked twice to sit somewhere in shade but they made us sit in the most bright hot and warm sitting. There were heaps of empty reserved tables with umbrellas which remained empty until we had the entire meal. Couldnt enjoy my food due to their forced table sitting in sun. 31/12/201. Pictures attached for One star food.

One of the Mornington Peninsula's favourites The Milbri never disappoints if your hankering a little Mexican or a great spot to catch up for brunch.
The cocktails are dangerously delicious with the John Farnham being a great favourite, Carne for dos (meat platter for two) is amazing value if you cannot decide and just want to try a little everything.
Friday's generally has $10 cocktails which really needs no explanation how good a deal that really is.
Stand out dishes for us was definitely the Gaucho steak which for our visits was the rump steak 🥩 although on the higher end on price was well

Went to Millbri with 2 other families, 12 in total. We were forced to order tasting menu. They surprised us with chicken wings, cauliflower and pork belly as our dish. The wings were not flavoursome and cold.Cauliflower was undercooked, some parts charred badly but the scariest part was pork belly. The portion of pork belly shown on the photo feeds 12 people ( uncut and they gave us a knife to cut it the pork belly ourselves)!! This meal ended up costing us $950. If you have a big group, avoid this place as you will most likely be unhappy.

Delicious well presented food,
Great cocktails that pack a punch and a lovely fun atmosphere that isn't at all too noisy.
Hands down one of the best curated menus I've experienced.
The chef's selections for the tasting menu offered a great sample of the offerings and for once represented great value, we both left satisfied and thinking about our next visit.
+1 for the great friendly staff.
Will be back and will definitely be telling everyone I know to give this place a try.

Took my husband tonight for our anniversary. We found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. We shared the meat platter and there was lots to go at. Husband enjoyed the highly recommended Redskin Rumba… cocktail twice just to make sure he liked it 🤣 I thought it was a nice restaurant offering fresh tasty food and I will go again.

Pretty unimpressed with the quality lately. The vegan options use to be good. Now they are horrible I just spent $45 to throw half of it in the bin. Burrito rice wasn’t even cooked and it had coriander all the way through it and that was not stated on the menu. The spices cauliflower which use to be amazing when it was deep fried cauliflower is now horrible. Who in the hell puts nutmeg on cauliflower 🤮 and the vegan taco was just grease. Please go back to your old menu this was the most disappointing I’ve ever eaten.

Came on a weekend for a small birthday lunch that sprawled out to almost dinner time! Exceptional service from Shelly and the team. Felt very well looked after and the food was delicious - sadly, I forgot to take more photos (...next time). Great selection of cocktails and loved the Malbec. Will definitely come again and highly recommend :)
