Jade Court Chinese Restaurant, located in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula serves delicious Chinese Malaysian cuisine every day for lunch and dinner. Booking essential during peak summer seasons. Please call (03) 5986 8768 to order. We've been eating at Jade court for 20 years, they've consistently had good food, fast, friendly and smooth service.
They are a little over priced, which is the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. When I was a kid we'd have takeaway once a week, in recent years its just a few times a year because we can't justify it. The food is nice but basic, and doesn't justify the price in my opinion.

Had a banquette with 5 people from jade court Chinese.
The quality of food that came out of the kitchen was very greasy and terribly flavoured. The prawns were overly salty. The beef was much too thoughouly glazed in honey. Most things that came in the banquette were not edible .
The garlic was not fresh ;the 'fruit salad' was from a canned peach container.
Alongside the extremely below par food, the price was exotic at $46 per person.
I have left the restaurant with a terrible taste in my mouth which I am yet to find a remedy for.
I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend to anyone going out to have

Been here to eat after our trip to maze, we are expecting Malaysian Chinese cuisine. We ordered Fried rice, Honey Chicken, Beef in Black Bean Sauce, Salt and Pepper Calamari and extra white rice. Each food is not worth the price, my husband can cook better Fried Rice; it is just rice with a bit of mixed veggies and you need to look for the meat. Honey Chicken a quarter of chicken piece and the rest flour. Salt and Pepper Calamari, I counted and it’s about 7pieces only, taste is okay but would still rather get it from other restaurant. Extra bowl of white rice is $4.50? We spent $99.50

I have been a regular customer since I moved down from Melbourne to Rosebud in 2006 and I have never been let down. The food is good and the service is both friendly and helpful.
Things are even better since new and tasty additions have been made to the menu. The Seafood Fried Rice and Wassabi Prawns are highly recommended. The calamari melts in your mouth and the wassabi adds piquancy to the prawns.
For Chinese food lovers this is an enjoyable experience, among the best on the Mornington Peninsula.
You will love it !!!
