We'll recommend a course of action and an estimate of the cost. If additional work is required that is disproportionate to the estimate, we'll contact you first to get your OK. Real world testing. We can test ride your bike in our laneway to both diagnose problems before we do the work and to check our work after we perform it.
All of our bikes come professionally assembled by our mechanics here in our shop. This assembly and your bike's first service is included in the purchase price of all of our bikes. If you are contemplating buying a boxed bike that requires assembly please consider the assembly fee and the first service which your bicycle will need once it is run in.
It's informal and informative! In this three-hour seminar you will learn how to maintain your bike. We'll give you valuable tips to help you tackle emergency repairs out on the road and trail too. The bicycle maintenance seminars are usually held on Thursday evenings of selected months during the year.

Very happy with the premium service recently performed on my Trek by this shop. The bike got a thorough end to end inspection and nothing was overlooked but no unnecessary work was done. The proof is in the riding and this six year old bike is performing like new again. The team at Renegade clearly know their stuff.

The team at the Renegade Cycle, Lane Cove are located right next to the IGA shop, with its own car park and rear lane access. I cannot say enough about these guys, they are courteous professional helpful, from start to finish. I'd get an initial quote, then plenty of notice via text and a call for pickup arrangements. They are also very helpful for the times you may have a question or a brief inquiry about a small matter. Thank you Renegade for helping us out !!! Took my road bike in for a service, they were able to take it the day I rang.
It was ready to go in less than 24 hours and I am stoked.
I've had the bike serviced at other places and they didn't do nearly as good a job as Renegade.
My bike has never ridden so smoothly! I love it and I'll definitely be back.
