I had Velofix come over to fix my bike several weeks ago. It was an easy to make appointment. I’m having trouble remembering the name of the technician. He came with his van right to my house on time. And he did a great job replacing the tubes in my tires, replacing the brake pads, fixing my broken gear and an overall tuneup. It costed much less than I expected and less than some bike shops would charge. This is an excellent service that I would highly recommend if you need work done on your bike and the convenience of having the technician come right to your home.

Tom and the VeloFix Halton service was AMAZING!
He took the time to show me and explain the issues on my Specialized SWorks Triathlon bike and even where other mechanics had missed things. Having him at my house saved time and also allowed me to ride the bike and make small adjustments several times afterwards. Tom even stayed late on a Sunday to tune-up my daughter's mountain bike and we will schedule him for 2 more bikes. Can't say enough good things and the price was the same or cheaper than what some other local shops quoted me. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!

I was extremely impressed with the work done by Tom on both my Wife's bike & on my own bike. The scheduling was very easy and convenient - I was able to book the day before for virtually an entire afternoon appointment. Tom was meticulous in the work he did on my bike (I opted for the full tune up on my bike) and he spent a lot of time making sure everything was done properly and to explain everything as he went through the process. My first tuneup on a 2 year old FELT hybrid bicycle, instead of bringing it into the shop, I decided to use Velofix. Booking through Velofix website was super easy and luckily Tom the franchise owner had availability the same day. I went with the $89 service and am completely satisified and more. I went for a ride the next day and my bike felt as smooth as it was brand new.
Tom is extremely passionate about bikes, I learned a lot about bikes and Tom was happy to share and let me watch him complete the full service. I would definitely use Velofix again and recommend giving Tom a try!

My experience with Velofix was beyond my expectations. A friend recommended them to me and now I recommend them to everyone I ride with. I booked online and Tom showed up exactly when he said he would. He took the time to review both of my bikes and the maintenance that was needed. I stayed with him for awhile as he worked and he gave me some maintenance tips (and even let me demo an EVO). The time savings of having them come to your home was one of the key reasons why I used Velofix. I thought I might have to pay a premium for this but I found that the prices were very competitive with the other

Tom is prompt, friendly and very thorough. My bike performed flawlessly after the tune up. Tom's attention to detail is really appreciated and is reflected in the quality of his work. Tom is very easy to chat and explains everything about the service. Tom is also very straight forward with his assessments. No BS. I highly recommend Tom and Velofix Halton.

Derek and Tom arrived on time and worked hard to ensure the 4 bikes we booked were expertly tuned and ready for the outdoor season. Needless to say they were also spotless and looked brand new. Pity they couldn't manufacture "new car smell" for bikes! Their van was fully stocked with all the spares and parts needed and they discussed everything with us before making a change. Happy mechanics = good work .

It was a triple AAA experience. Super convenient pickup and on the spot assessment performed in their very cool, well organized, equipped workshop on wheels. Tom and Derek are professional, friendly, patient and thorough in their workmanship and customer service throughout the whole process. Their passion and dedication for the world of bikes shines through. Derek expertly worked magic on my neglected, older model Trek and turned it into a sweet ride again for a very reasonable cost. The invoice clearly detailed all work performed. I am absolutely thrilled. Velofix Halton is the only call to make
