Just what to say thanks for the Magura MT7 brake repair under warranty. Eurocycles and staff have provided me with great service for warranty issues twice now and I am so grateful for the speedy, courteous, generous and professional responses I have received on both occasions....this is not the usual case in my experience. I even received a phone call to say that the brakes are ready for pickup....this never happens...so thanks and I will be letting others know that Eurocycles are a great firm. Thanks John Beedham

I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I felt a review was well and truly warranted. Following a nasty ordeal trying to get post warranty product support from the retailer on the Sunshine Coast from where I purchased the ebike I contacted Rick at Eurocycles and asked for his help. Rick and his team were absolutley outstanding!! Eurocycles replaced the faulty component without question and wasted no time in ensuring my ebike was back on the road without delay. I have been most impressed with Rick and his team at Eurocycles and their outstanding business ethic. They certainly do stand

Very impressed. Eurocycles selection of electric bikes are premium, and so is the service. Rick was very helpful and informed about all things ebike, and Elizabeth went out of her way to courier the bike to me in the city - something she didn't have to do.
I would recommend Eurocycles to anyone who is in the market for an ebike.

I purchased some Magura MT-S MTB brakes last year and when the store that sold them closed down I was at a loss as to who would take care of a warranty claim. I found Eurocycles with a little Google-fu through the Magura website and shot them an email explaining the problem. I got a quick response saying that they'd opened a warranty ticket and to mail the part to them.
Within a week I'd had a callback and the fault explained. They replaced the faulty lever init, serviced the caliper, replaced the pads (old ones were contaminated with fluid) and even sent me a new brake rotor unit to make sure

Love, Love, Love my new Ebike, thank you so much Elizabeth and Rick for the suggestion to have one of these to get me back and fit for my life.
This bike has helped me with my new hip and hip problems get the legs going equally and the muscle development for my leg and all the way to the glute (bum) is amazing. I can now ride 60+ kilometres around the lake in Canberra and home again. My favourite city ride of all.
Now if only I could morph it into a mountain bike for Thredbo.
