We arrived to at an inspection early, the real estate agent was late. She told us that only bookings from snug would be allowed to view the property, which meant anyone who booked through real estate.com or domain couldn't inspect the property.
There was nothing on the real estate.om ad to suggest this was required.

So yesterday on the 06/01/2022 i had two house inspections with this agency. The first inspection we had arrived 10-15 minutes early as did other attendees. The inspection time was 3:10pm and there was NO AGENT. I made a call to the office and after 20 minutes on hold the agent finally arrived so i ended the call. I was contacting the office to enquire if it had been cancelled or if there was any time changes as nothing was sent through via SMS or EMAIL. The agent walked past us all waiting at the property no “ Sorry i am late or Apologies i was stuck etc” it was “Afternoon everyone” she

Good communication and follow up to owner queries
Happy with the updates with a challenging time of year for my tenant to break lease.
Some details in maintenance were not completed in a timely manner which may have affected viewings.
Would have preferred the 360degree video to be produced after the property was properly presented.

Josh Sibly, unlike some other agents, who are getting their job done by the current market conditions, Josh was quite personable, polite, reasonable, always available and willing to help from the day we put an offer, until after we settled. Josh, is quite easy going and willing to talk to you about any questions that you may have. Other agents just don’t want to give you that anytime anymore. Please, by all means, NEVER rent with this property management company. They are fraudulent beyond belief. In an attempt (sadly, successful) to reclaim my security deposit/ "bond", they opened a case against me. My email address was listed as incorrect (by one letter: how convenient, for them). I never received any mail by post regarding the issue (simultaneously, and albeit ironic, Australia requires all bond disputes to be mailed- by post- to all parties). In sum, rent with anyone else. Super unprofessional. Property managers are inexperienced and don't follow their own procedures and processes. I would never rent a property listed with them again and would highly recommend anyone considering to do so, abort immediately. Request for repairs or maintenance take weeks or even months and your bond will be tied up for weeks.

Just awful. Very disorganized and not very nice. We had water damage due to heavy rain, water entered through a closed door due to a faulty seal which we had reported previously. It damaged some of our property, they refused to compensate us for damages even though the RTA said they are responsible. Typical real estate agent. Super efficient when it comes to processing money from your account, but don't take any responsibility for their issues. Also they do not know how to send out the correct registration form for body corporate to approve a cat. I asked three times and still didn't
