This doesn't require you to create a complete fortress but depending on the location and type of property window locks may be worthwhile. Bees Nees, in particular Alana has been an amazing property manager for us, she would always go above and beyond to help us out and would even call us with any new information or queries we sent through rather then just sending an email. I've been a tenant of Bees Nees for almost a year now, and I am very happy with their service. Renting for a very affordable price, but not losing on the customer service. Jessica Peat is my property manager and she's lovely and handles all issues very well. All staff are very personable and understanding and have made renting a very easy experience.

At all times BeeNees property managers have been professional, responsive and positive. Our involvement with BeesNees has meant issues have been dealt with for both the tenants and ourselves in a stress free manners. I don't often write bad reviews but unfortunately experience renting through Bees Nees has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. My unit was rented through Brittany Willis, who was seemingly very pleasant and friendly prior to taking out the lease but upon acceptance, almost felt like a completely different person after. The lack of communication regarding maintenance manners, inspections and visits from the owner as well as a general passive aggressive attitude made my experience renting through Bees Nees a very unpleasant one. I will not be recommending renting through this agency to anyone

Bees Nees managed my townhouse in Annerley for 7 years from 2014 until July 2021. While they seemed pretty good at the beginning their service deteriorated over the years (e.g. unanswered emails becoming more frequent) which correlated with an unusually high turnover of property managers.
In June this year the newest of new property managers brought to my attention that my strata levies were three quarters in arrears by forwarding me an OVERDUE FINAL notice and requesting payment. The email contained no explanation for the error. I had no idea the levies were unpaid and was surprised to learn
