I have found Penny to truly be a one of a kind service. As a tenant she looks after me, is welcoming/understanding of my needs and is truly passionate about her career. Penny was amazing to do business with from start to finish! Super patient and accommodating with my needs and always helping immediately with my queries even at odd hours. Both entering and exiting the lease were a bit out of the ordinary in my case with multiple tenants starting and ending at different times, and she worked miracles. Truly passionate about what she does and devoted to her clients. If I ever rent a property in Brisbane again I would want it to be with her.
