Services
All equipment is sterile or single use and maintained according to strict infection control guidelines to prevent cross infection. We stock and administer all routine schedule of vaccines which are provided free under the National Immunisation Program and the Victorian funded immunisation program. This includes vaccines provided for children, adolescents and adults at increased risk of vaccine preventable disease.
Our treatment room is equipped to offer a range of procedures such as spirometry (lung function testing), ambulatory blood pressure and holter monitoring, Ferinject iron infusions, Implanon, Mirena and Copper IUD female contraceptive insertion and removal, suture of lacerations, skin biopsies, skin cancer and lesion removal, joint steroid injections, plaster cast application and removal, ECGs and blood/pathology collection.
GPs Dr Christopher Kearney and Dr Damien Polioudakis are accredited s100 HIV community prescribers. This means they are authorised to prescribe highly specialised HIV medication called antiretroviral therapy (ART). Both have advanced training and experience in providing care to people at risk of HIV or people living with HIV (PLHIV).
Dr Kirsten Scott, Dr Jane Karmouche, Dr Gillian Porter and Dr Tina Ling are accredited Shared Maternity Care Affiliates who work in collaboration with The Royal Women's Hospital, Mercy Health, Western Health, Werribee Mercy for Women and Northern Health. Shared maternity care is a popular option of care for healthy women with a normal pregnancy.
Our Doctors and Practice Nurse can help you or your family diagnose and manage a range of respiratory disorders, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or any other conditions that affect breathing. Typically disorders are diagnosed and managed using Spirometry, a common test that measures how effectively you can move air in and out of your lungs.

It does not even deserve a star. Very bad service specially receptionist louisa, I called her asking about specialist charges, she said she did not know, the doctor sits at this clinic and no one knows what the doctor charges are and the procedures, I asked her if she could ask her manager or nurse what the costs would be, she did not bother to try and find out instead she got annoyed and rude and provided me incorrect information. She came across a bit rude on the phone, there is a lack of training and incompetence in her attitude. it seems as if she is doing us a favour by talking to customers

I visited Dr Tina Ling and I had issue with my throat. I only derived the conversation nothing from her. Only thing she checked was my BP which has nothing to do with my throat issue. Then she told me nothing is wrong it could be psychological. I had to ask her to refer me to a specialist. Given the amount they charge which is on the higher side for me nothing came out of that visit. Giving 2 stars because she didn't look into google like many doctors do when you visit them.

Have been a patient since they opened over 10 years ago. I find the practice to be great and Dr Herington is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It is easy to book on line and I can usually get a suitable appointment quickly. They have the most needed services in house, like pathology and vaccines, which is very convenient. The practice feels modern, clean and up to date.
Highly recommended.

Poor practitioner! I had extreme eye pain while working so i had to book an emergency appointment with the nearest medical centre which is this one. Upon 30’ check up, doctor couldn’t find anything but my condition was so bad i could barely see anything from my left eye. He ended up referring me to the optometrist next door! Terrible decision as it almost cost me my eye. The optometrist was incompetent for a serious matter like this and gave me prescriptions that did not match my symptoms which i ended up at the emergency room in Eye and Ear hospital the next day. Took my family here for consultation, Dr Leah Watts was great. However, the clinic got only 2* for the receptionists - rude at times. That let doctors’ good work down. I’ve seen quite a few poor reviews here regarding the receptionists and also a pattern of the clinic manager trying to discredit those reviews as “we checked our records and you are not a registered patient with us”. That is: 1) not appropriate, because you can’t just look up your patient’s health record to match it up with a Google profile when you got a bad review, it’s a violation of patient’s confidentiality;

I’ve always had amazing service at this clinic, as have all members of my family. We have visited the clinic for around two years now and couldn’t be happier with the doctors there. They are extremely caring and friendly, and the wait is usually very short. Dr Gillian Porter especially has always gone the extra mile, and shows great empathy and concern for her patients. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.
