Dr Jacob Jewson and Sophie Crapper are amazing. I saw them over the span of almost a year and they helped rehabilitate an injury that I never thought would heal. Through the process there was amazing communication and I felt cared for and my needs were tailored to. I will continue to recommend OPSMC and Jacob and Sophie to all my other friends and family.

I should have left a review earlier as I've been seeing OPSMC for over 13yrs. I can't rate their practitioners highly enough. Over this time I've been cared for by Ann Davies, Maria DiMichele, Vic Kahn, Andy Stephens, Andrew Jowett, Laura L, and others for various injuries - I'd highly recommend all of them. Quite a few of them are aligned to the elite national sports teams and codes - it's comforting to know you're seeing the best in their field.

Staff are very friendly and superb at keeping to the time schedule for appointment times. The radiologist are so caring and considerate towards one's concerns regarding issues that one has when in such a refined space. Thankyou for alleviating my fears and making my visit such an enjoyable experience.

Would not recommend. Saw Dr Andrew Jowett in February about a long term injury (third appointment with him) and was told by him he would call me back in a week about next steps. Despite this, two phone call follow ups and having to finally make a complaint I have never heard from Dr Jowett or the OPSMC management team in relation to my complaint. If Dr Jowett did not want to or know how to treat me I would have appreciated he communicate this to me and refer me on.

I’ve only been twice to visit their exorbitantly priced GP’s. Paid $260 each time simply for a referral!!! It’s pretty outrageous but what can you do? They’re the best apparently so other than that, it’s a pleasant place with friendly, helpful staff and good accessible parking (which is good when you have an injury!), that is free. I just wish they had more flexible pricing when the doctor can do nothing other than simply refer you onto someone else and you’re out the door in 15 minutes, but that’s just the system and not their fault I suppose.

Mark is an exceptional physio. Both my hubby and I see him and it’s wonderful when he is able to quickly and effectively diagnose what is the problem. I also appreciate how honest and straightforward his recommendations are. After visiting other physiotherapists Mark is by far the most experienced when it comes to pinpointing the issues that need fixing with the body.

They continue to stuff people around. Twice in 2 days they have called to change appointment times because a doctor has double booked and patients have to suffer because of a commitment to the AFL. What a joke. This is disgusting service. Avoid if at all possible.v

Nice people with generalised advice. Didn't offer any solutions other than take some pain killers. The pain experienced directly after the treatment was very intense. In my situation, $125 not well spent. Based on this would not return.
