Joanne was very helpful and understanding when we were selling the home as part of a deceased estate. She was very prompt to have a chat when first contacted for the appraisal. After agreeing to a contract to sell the family home she was in regular contact, explaining all the steps as we went along, informing us of the outcomes of inspections and offers along the way.
