One of the worst out there. Support you until you leave a residence and then they treat you like garbage. Knowing full well we were all first time renters, they talked us through everything... At the start, then gave us no support or assistance when leaving and gave false hope and advice
We given the opportunity to re-clean the premises after vacating, we were told exactly what needed to be done and advised if we did that we'd be fine... So we did that, and then some, but had hundreds of dollars taken from our bond (the equivalent to a complete house clean)

Very efficient! Great attention to detail!
Emma B, I found them to be very straight forward. Leave the premises clean, no damage, ensure that there is no money owing and you won't have a problem. They even give you the opportunity to come back and rectify what has been found not many agents give you that opportunity.
