Literally the best customer service for real estate within the area. Jennifer was a dream to work with, she helped me secure the first "home" for my business, my dream creative space in Thirroul. The property management team appear to not care about our local community. We have had rubbish overflowing the area or messy gardens. We have been told of one of our caring neighbours being abused after parties by a drunk. Another neighbour has weeded & cared for the common driveway, only to then witness a contractor poison the area & not come back & clean up everything that is now dead in its path! More proactive care required. We all know PM is a hard wrap, but don't do it if you can't follow through & don't care about the area you're working in. The director can't be reached and times of trying

Some of the rudest and most disorganised people i've ever worked with. They don't respond to emails or return calls and try to milk you for every drop. I've dealt with many real estate agents but none have been as dodgy as these guys. They put on a charade of being nice and friendly despite screwing you over. I would not recommend having your property managed or renting with this company. Rude to owners and tenants alike.
