Services
T.A.B.Y. is suitable for all students of yoga from beginners to experienced. T.A.B.Y supports students to develop understanding of the benefits of alignment, sequencing and longer timings. Students are always encouraged to only go to their edge! This allows for the introduction of how to work with basic and more challenging poses alike.
All our classes are open to beginners; our class sizes are smaller so teachers can give individual attention. We teach with the concept of "no goals only go to your edge". Of moving our bodies with loving awareness within a safe zone where you are engaged, present and with calm heart. This helps over time to establish good habits, and understanding of your unique alignment.
All our Yoga Instructors are trained in Transformational Alignment based Yoga (T.A.B.Y) as visioned by our beloved mentor Sam Weinstein. They teach with heart and love of community and are committed to our shared vision and intention. Each teacher brings their own style and interests to create a diverse team that meets a variety of needs and brings balance to your week.
8 Week Heart based Mindfulness Program Coming dates for 2020 Every one of us already has the seed of mindfulness. The practice is to cultivate it. Regular Mindfulness & Meditation practice will support you in experiencing more calm, focus, joy, compassion and connection in your life, strengthening life skills and resilience in today's challenging times.
Yoga Teachers like that au natural musky smell (try sprinkling Sandalwood Essential Oil on their yoga mat at least it will make it bearable). 2016 brought us many situations and meditations about life, some of them difficult and some sweet. Global warming became real to many. Here in Western Australia the Ocean is 5 degrees warmer so the sharks come in to cooler coastal waters to feed.
