Bought a trailer specifically telling them it was for a harley davidson and paid down deposit without arguments on price clarifying ramp was also included.
Pick up trailer ramp is too narrow. They say i have to swap ramp on the spot and i say make it now so paint has time to dry and im on my way this afternoon.
Ramp too short harley bottoms out and he wants $750 extra to make a new ramp suitable. Never again!

Horrible service. Would not recommend, 0 out of 10 quality on trailers, rust in a matter of weeks, not because of poor owner ship either been garaged since bought it. Contacted them for advice and got told the… usual shonky stuff, not our problem. We'll guess it will be when fair trading get involved, trailer is booked in for complete check over to see of any underlining other issues to go with this claim. Trailer is 6 weeks old.

Made the trailer incorrectly even though it was made to order. Welds are atrocious. Got it inspected for rego and it failed. I doubt any of the welders are qualified. Do not buy from here. Short cuts abound in their products and processes.

So I’ve had the trailer over 2 years now and things didn’t improve, have had to do over $800 in repairs in that time. Welds breaking and the trailer falling apart and it’s certainly not been from heavy use or misuse. It does one load every 3 months of light but bulky goods.

Very Rude People, know nothing about customer service, also very poor and utmost basic workmanship, 0 Common Sense, The owner is very rude as well as his admin employee, we were referred by someone who had very close business relationship and were expecting a service to standard, but the guy was absolutely unhelpful. In regards to work man ship, they screwed the number plate into the main body with sharp screw ends uncovered and point in the main storage area, Spare wheel was bolted into the body at an angle which was a 2 hour job to unscrew because the screw had bent. I bought an 8x5 tandem trailer 12 months ago. In that time the trailer has travelled all over the country on freeways and rough country and gravel roads. The trailer has probably travelled 10,000-15,000km and has never given an ounce of trouble. I had some issues with the local registration office in country NSW and Mohamad contacted rego and gave them all the details to fix up their internal issue.
I got the extra high sided trailer and one thing with it is it does tow better with weight in it. You can hear it and occasionally feel it on the back of the car when empty, but put 1,500kg of weight

Good solid trailer They could have done better lining things up and a bit more attention to detail before they weld as things are a bit how would you be And I would describe the paint work as ether it’s been… dipped in paint or applied with a fire hose Had a few issues when I went to pick the trailer up wasn’t painted even though I had been called and told it was ready and the owner wasn’t very helpful In compensating me for the stuff around as I had driven 2 hours to pick it up But you get what you pay And it’s a good trailer for the money Just be prepared To touch

Trailer ordered over the phone, was ready for pick up, 2nd hand tyres not the best, but I put new ones on anyway, for the price, very happy. Tips 1.25 tonn no problems, just added a $30 solar panel on the tool box to charge tipper battery, don't have to do anything, works a dream. Will buy again. Thank you

Poor customer service, workmanship is rubbish, had multiple issues and owner ignored every single one of them, trailer started to rust within 1 month of purchasing, trailer is fully galvanized, made the trailer wrong from the start. Axles where supplies narrow and destroyed my tyre, highly recommend not going to these clowns, canvas started to tear on the seams within the first 3 months, took them to the tribunal and still ignored the issues on what had to be fixed.

I didn't buy a trailer from them. I asked about a trailer and, without looking up from his computer, the manager grunted the price. I asked about galvanising and once again he grunted the price. I thanked him, left and bought my trailer elsewhere. He did not care if he sold a trailer or not. I can imagine what after-sales service would be like.
