It was back in November 2019 that I placed an order for the new Ezytrail Ceduna 13 Caravan. After much research it ticked all our boxes.
Some 4 months later it was finally ready for pickup. Handover consisted of very little. No explanation on how to fit the Anti Flap kit because the sales manager didnt know. Not too mention it was a second hand kit.
We also had to take the plastic off the windows and the van was still dirty from delivery.
All that said we headed off home with the van, only to find on way home we had no brakes.
The next day we started setting the van up & checking every thing

We just collected our Lincoln MK3 from Marty yesterday and just wanted to say thank you to Marty and the team at Ezytrail.
His relaxed approach and knowledge of the trailer helped us make our decision (we were about to buy another brand who kept pushing for a deposit before showing us the campers features - we didn't even know what we were buying).
There was a few people around and Marty was helping everyone at once whilst still showing us through our new trailer. He did a great job of this. All up he spent a good 2 hours with us making sure we were ready to go.

So a few months back I visited the showroom (before corona!) and was helped out by staff, hadn’t yet purchased my tow vehicle but was doing my research!
Purchased the tow vehicle and am in final decision phase
Visited the same showroom on a Saturday understandably was busy and no staff available or around to answer questions (end of August 2020) decided to come back on the Monday when it was quieter!
Came back on the Monday afternoon, no one else there and the sales staff members was on his mobile and walked outside without even a “I will be with you in a moment” we hung around for a while

I dropped into there shop in Lansvale to look at the differences between there camper trailers. Very well laid out. Special thanks to Brooke, I found her attitude very warming & comforting, Brooke was able to answer all my questions about how there trailers works. Brook was not pushy, in terms of trying to sign me up on the spot. At the time I was not in the position to purchase a trailer. In a couple of months time when I return from overseas I'll be back.
