Mario Trailers is a licensed motor dealer (License MD18875) and all of our trailers fully comply with the N.S.W. Vehicle Standards Act 1989. From our factory, located in the Sydney suburb of Auburn and our showrooms at Cardiff, you can choose from a huge range of box and custom built trailers. In addition to these standard trailers we also build trailers to suit your specific requirements.
Our motorbike trailers are usually 2 or 3 channels, (but can be 1 or 4 channels) depending on the number of bikes. A bike trailer can also be a box trailer with removable bike channels or a purpose-built bike trailer as shown in the photo. Our bike trailers come with removable loading ramps for easy loading and unloading of your bikes.
These are the same as the light & medium duty trailers except they come with checkerplate floors, checkerplate mudguards & checkerplate bracket support lights for extra strength. NOTE: Galvanised trailers only come in Heavy duty low sides box trailers & Heavy duty high sides box trailers. Purchased heavy duty trailer 7x4 for our gardening and occasional camping needs. I've bought 3 trailers from Mario and his wife. On all occasions nothing I wanted added was a problem. I've even dropped in un announced with my trailer for something to be looked at . Or for advice on drilling acouple of holes. No problem, staff come and look and drilled the holes for me. That's after sales service and that's why I keep going back.

I identified a need for a new trailer and was required to have one acquired within a week. After contacting other suppliers and being advised of a long lead time, Mario's team got back to me within 8 hours and informed me that they could get one sorted for me within the week.
Upon arrival Mario was completing the final touches on the trailer and I witnessed him working. Mario himself took great pride in his workmanship and was methodical in ensuring every aspect of his workmanship was of a high standard. Not being able to speak for his other staff in the factory, but if he trains them as well

I brought a trailer from this mob 12 months ago, The trailer is OK, For the money.. But it does have issues, Mainly the paint, but also the symmetry/alignment and fit of various bits of the trailer.
The main issues are that the paint is awful, and the trailer needs to be repainted as soon as you get it home Or else it will rust quite badly.
I opted to buy new rims and tires, and a jockey wheel.
The jockey wheel was a waste of money, and needed to be replaced within a month of owning it.
The tires aren't that crash hot, But they seem OK.
But the rims have really bad powder coating, Watch out
