You can avoid unwanted confrontation and make transferring your property from your existing agency to Freeman's Residential a quick and easy process, as we can notify your existing agency on your behalf and even pick up the keys.
To add some extra value to our relationship we are offering both you AND your friend either a weeks Free Rent or 3 months Free Property Management and Rent Collection fees for a property you are in/have with us as our way of saying thank you for the referral. Simply mention this article to your Property Manager and we will make sure it happens once your friend signs up to our Property Management Service with a new property for us to manage.
We promise to give you an outstanding experience and to help you maximise the value of your asset. In the event we fail to live up to these guarantees, we will provide the next month's property management fees at no charge for the property in question, or in the case of mismanagement causing your property to lose income, we will negotiate compensation to cover your loss.
