Cathy has looked after my rental property in Cairns for the past five years and she would be continuing to look after my property if i wasn't selling it. I have been extremely happy with Cathy's professional service, transparent communication and finding "good, quality" tenants. Not living in the region, Cathy was diligent with communication and any matters that I needed to know. Her RTA knowledge regarding rights of owners and tenants is superior. I would highly recommend Cathy to look after your rental property.

One Stop caught my wife’s attention when shopping for an agent because the customer reviews often mentioned how pleasant the Agency was to deal with (and, of course, because they got the job done).
Sam Holt was patient and generous with his time, always good humoured and very reasonable. He needed all of these attributes to sell our home in a difficult phase of the market.

Sam sold my house very quickly and professionally, with great tips and hints prior to sale & then great online advertising. The Open Home had record numbers for the area and Sam got me a great price and super quick sale.
