I had to leave a funeral service to see a house in Aumuller Street going for sale advertised to see at 1pm to 1:30pm. The agent said it was at 11am to 11:30am how disgusting is that and don't reply to my wifes email. Remix real estate I don't recommend to others. The house is not worth $400,000 to me it looks wrecked and it's worth $300,000

My dealings with Remax Cairns have been through both purchasing properties and then renting with them. I found Ray and David (sales) to be warm and friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond. They made the purchase of two properties to be as easy as it gets. The Rental team at Remax Cairns are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble they are quick to respond to any request. Inspections go without a hitch and communication between Agent, Tenant and Owner is always positive and informative. I have always experienced high quality tenants and equate that to good judgement and the interest of the owner first to mind. I highly recommend their services.

I initially bought my property through RE/MAX and was very happy with the service provided by Giselle so it was an obvious choice to have them manage the property as well. From day 1 they made the whole process so effortless, they found fantastic tenants, who are still in the property and are looking into a third year. I have always been immediately notified if there were any issues with the property and the staff at RE/MAX always came to me with options to rectify them and copies of all receipts and paperwork followed. We leased a commercial property through Ray Murphy at Cairns Remax and initially everything was great. But the massive 'For Lease' sign that was positioned above our business remained and to date after nearly 6 weeks was not removed. We spent nearly $6,000 on advertising for our business and yet people still thought our business was for lease. We complained to both Remax and the landlord but still their sign was not removed, and communication stopped altogether. So we had to pay someone to remove the sign so we can promote our business and not Remax I do not recommend anyone using Remax for signage
