Matthew began studying martial arts at the age of 10. He has trained extensively with Japanese Jujitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has also trained with various martial arts styles such as, Boxing, Karate and Kickboxing / Muay Thai. Matthew also worked as a security officer and crowd controller in various entertainment venues and events.
Family owned and operated by Matthew and Angelique. Matthew is the head instructor and Angelique does all the back administration tasks. They have 5 kids (13,10,4 and twin 3 year olds) all of whom do classes at Martial Arts Queensland. Martial Arts Queensland currently have 7 full time instructors, 5 part time and 2 school based trainees plus our admin staff.
FREE INVITATIONS FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES At Martial Arts Queensland, we want kids to have a great time at their birthday parties. Below you will find all the information you need to plan your child's birthday party. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us on 1300 766 634. We provide a special group Martial Arts Lesson for all who attend the party.

There are many perks and opportunities for training and coaching that come with this position if that is the direction you would like to go.
Our main academy is located at the Toowong citizens centre. We operate 6 days a week from our upstairs area and 4 days per week in the downstairs hall. We are also only 1 block (350 meters) away from the main shopping precinct of Toowong, so you can drop the kids off, go and grab a coffee or go shopping.

My both kids went to Martial Arts Queensland. We have never got any feedback about our kids' progress.
In addition, even we informed them we wanted to change our membership, we constantly paid full unlimited membership payment, nobody informed/warned us that we are still in unlimited membership type while coming only one day a week.
When I… informed them, they did not refund my extra payment even COVID times, only booking classes were available, still, we paid the unlimited membership cost. They only offered me half. I don't think this is fair.
