Perth Quad Bikes

Bought a crossfire GT 400 a couple of weeks ago and am quite impressed with it so far. Good company to deal with as well. The suspension it terrific, power getting better as motor runs in. Only done 45k’s so far. Worth a look as quality is up there with other makes and price is good. Cheers!!

This place is is an absolute joke! the bloke can't fit a tyre without pinching the tube and then had the nerve to try and charge for it!
don't use absolutely useless!!

I would not go to this shop ever again if i can avoid it. Customer service is non existant. They cant be bothered to give quotes all too much effort. They lost all our original purchase papers & our warranty paper work. Never got back to us, emails, phone calls. Finally go them on the phone, no apology or help. Not happy - going to Midvale!

Over priced, poor communication. Apathetic attitude.
Charged me $90 to get 2 tires fitted (I supplied) and they didn't balance the front. Said that they were good enough without weights even though their is a rim lock.
Went back and they blamed the tyre as I had provided it.
Go somewhere else. Unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like inconvenience.

No warranty ( although implied )
No manual
Phone call after phone call
Promised within week
Promised within month
Promised within a few more weeks
Fobbed off with all sorts of lies
Now a year passed
NEVER buy a bike from them
Try to get it serviced
Flatly refused by some places because it’s Chinese

Serviced my Vulcan 800. Runs greats now, new chain back tyre and cooling system service. Found Mark and the team great, honest and the price was fair.

Very helpful and friendly, good service and decent prices.
Didn't have what I was looking for but was still happy to help me out regardless.

Try living in the real world and be realistic. $25 for a $2.00 part. Little did they know I have a polaris. I won't be taking it to this place for a service.

I recently bought a polaris General from these guys . They were very good to deal with and very helpful and they even supply insurance for the side by side which was great. its a one stop shop thanks guys

Got a chain replaced asked for the price 3 times didn't get told they got the most expensive chain they could. chain and installation $385 chain is good quality just didn't get an option chains about $290 delivered

So I put my son's Peewee 80 in to get fixed it needed a new air filter and start switch they did a fantastic job... when I returned home the bike started well but I noticed some screws were missing off the… plastics I called them within 20 minutes of picking up the bike and their response was we can't be sure the bolts were not there when you dropped off the bike You've clearly removed the plastics to replace the air filter and kill switch.... and I can assure you the bike DID have all it's bolts when I dropped it off to you!!!! Or wouldn't you have said it needed new bolts also.... Thanks

Lousy, $1500+ to replace a radiator that only needed an air bubble bled out. It still overheated when they replaced it, same problem. When I took the bike back they told me that it must be the way I ride it. I have done about 5000 hours on polaris bikes. They should not take on repair jobs if they don't know what they are doing. Ended up taking the bike to another polaris dealer to help fix it. They are rude and incompetent. My quad bikes are an important part of my business and I can't afford to deal with idiots like them.

Had no quads to show us when we visited and basically the sales guy talked us out of buying them because he made it clear they wouldn't last long. Also had inconsistent messages about whether they do or don't rent them: I was told no on the phone, my husband was told yes in person...

I have used Perth Quad bikes almost as long as they have been open to service my bike and they have always been friendly, helpful and most importantly reasonably priced!!
I would and do reccomend them to everyone!
