Well where would I begin, firstly the receptionist wasn't wearing a mask when there was 2 people behind the desk. adding to that there was a line of about 3 people who weren't asked to check in, but where wearing masks themselves (thankfully) I had came into check myself in as I had pre booked 2 months prior but got told that she didn't need to wear a mask, as I was asking questions further about her statement she claimed she didn't need to 'wear one' which I thought was a joke as 11,000 people have contracted COVID within the past 24 hours and she dismissed me and said she'd refund me. I'm in

We are a family of four with our dog Evey. We had a very pleasant stay at this accomodation. It is very central and if you like walking this place is less than 50 metres from the goats track up the famous castle hill track. The view outside our door was amazing every evening with lights highlighting the beautiful castle hill rock and the cathedral. The rooms are basic but clean. Staff are friendly.

Small low ceilinged dingy room. Mould on the ceiling. Bed was that hard and uncomfortable we both kept waking up. Dishes were not clean, tv remote had no back and pretty sure the air-conditioning was on its last legs as it hardly cooled the room down. Best part was the showers water pressure but the basin was stained and dirty looking. Overall definately would bot recommend.

I honestly cannot thank the lovely lady at reception enough 💕 Amidst my panic to find a dry place to sleep after my camper sprung a leak in the rain... I didn't catch her name! But such wonderful customer service and did everything to make sure me and my dog had a place to stay for the night. Beautiful rooms too, very clean and tidy. I also want to apologise to the lady at reception for the rather emotional and panicked state I was in 😂😂 thank you again! And highly recommend this place to stay!

Booked a family room for 4 adults. Room was basic, about what we expected for the price ($135). Beds (1 Queen, 1 single and a trundle) made up only with a sheet, which looked really like nobody could be bothered. Considering we were clear about their being 4 guests for 2 days, there were only 3 towels. Half a roll of toilet paper, with no replacement available. 2 tiny waste paper bins, with no spare rubbish bags. Only 2 spoons in the drawer. 1 drinking Glass. Copied coffee cups. A kettle toaster and microwave in the cupboard. Also a frying pan... Although nothing to actually cook on??? No chopping

The room was disgusting. And with how clean hotels should be especially now with COVID I’m absolutely appalled at the state of the room. It was dirty and run down. We had cockroaches in our room, the fridge was dirty, the room was dusty, the sheets were stained, the chairs were stained, the bins were dirty, the bathroom had cracks everywhere, there were no screens on the windows so you couldn’t open a window. The front door had a gap up the top so light was coming thru. We rang up to book the room and were told 1 price a few days later checked with the bank and was charged more than what we
