As your property manager we're here to look after you as well as the property. We comply strictly with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and Consumer Affairs Victoria regulations. We also have a number of trusted tradespeople who are only a phone-call away. As soon as your maintenance request has been made, we take action.
Sometimes things can go wrong, quite unexpectedly. Depending on the urgency of the problem you can either give us a call or send us an online maintenance request. Between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, we'll be here to take your call. Outside of those hours, we'll have prompts for you to follow so you can reach all the right people.

Had the pleasure of Sean Rice working with me to secure a property purchase in Port Melbourne. Our experience of renting a home through Cayzer has been very positive from beginning to end. Karin was helpful from the start in supporting us to find this property. The administrative processes at the beginning of the lease were explained clearly and went without a hitch, despite some COVID restrictions being in place. Any repair issues we had were attended to quickly, and Karin's communication with us was always helpful and straightforward. A big difference with Cayzer’s property management group is their people. Their property managers are experienced and extremely loyal to the company.
Miranda is our current property manager and has been for a few years now. She is professional and clear in all her communications.
I have no reservation in recommending Cayzer and Miranda if you are wanting a top quality property manager.
