Apart from grasping comprehensive marketing information (which I believe takes lots of research and evaluation), Ms. Susanti also has a strong sense on the preference and interest of landlords and potential buyers, down to a subliminal level that is generally difficult to catch. Despite the difficulties placed upon her because of COVID Jen made sure we always had a zoom meeting each week to keep us updated and made suggestions and added items to enhance our property and to help attract potential buyers. I just sold my apartment in Melbourne CBD and had the pleasure to work with Natalia. She was wonderful to work with. She sold my apartment in about a month which was great considering Melbourne is still in lockdown even at the time of this writing.
