Since 2008 with real estate under RPM management care, I must say that it has been a smooth journey throughout until some "bumps" when Covid Pandemic hit in 2020.
RPM managed to regain their shine in 2021 and I must accord special commendation to Miss Jane Ormerod and her team for their responsiveness and efforts.

We sold our property and were in a bit of a panic regarding a rental property. Catherine was very professional from initial property inspection to our lease acceptance. She was very aware of our situation and did everything to help us. After we got information that our completion may be delayed, Catherine did everything to hold the property until we had cast iron confirmation that we were going ahead I cannot recommend her highly enough

Agent didn’t bother showing up for a property inspection, or trying to contact me despite having all my contact details and a confirmed appointment. I’d hate to have trusted my property with RPM if they can’t even get the basics right.
Edit: as per my email to you on the day, I buzzed the apartment numerous times with no answer. Despite arriving 15 minutes early, being the only person waiting outside and approaching every professionally dressed person who was wearing a name badge or had real estate signage with them, I could not find your elusive agent. Worst experience with RPM Real Estate while buying our block at GEM Estate. At first previous estate manager (Greg Pole) was very attentive and professional. Everything was fine until COVID 19 situation hit, even in this unprecedented situation when everyone was hit hard so did we. No one expected this situation, so we had few issues with loan approval and delayed little bit, because of other issues and undervaluation of the land by bank. The townhouse balcony has been flooded in several occasions. This is were my children play and this is a significant hazard for both my toddlers. I have raised the issue with the agent over 3 times and have emailed videos, called the office as my emails are left without response and still don’t get a reply.
I’m a builder/developer I would never engage these agents to do any work for me. It’s absolutely disgraceful especially the agent In charge of the property Rheanne.
I actually just realised others left similar remarks about her. Not surprised.

INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT, INCOMPETENT …
... having said that, I would like to thank RPM for their incompetence as it saved me nearly $500 as a tenant! I am willing to overlook the fact that repairs did not get fixed without being chased and that when we did follow up after 2wks, the agent would criticise us to the tradesman. That’s because RPM forgot to charge us for pool chemicals and then the lack of preparation for the VCAT hearing (to which I had apply to get my bond returned) also meant that I had all the negotiating power at the hearing … even the magistrate had to tell Rheanne on

Very bad & disappointing experience dealing with GRAND CENTRAL, Tarneit Land sales (RPM Realestate). At the time of sales everybody was so nice but once I signed the contract – it’s hard to find anyone to talk to. They sold me their overpriced land by making false promises, and giving me misleading information.
The experience with them is horrifying and awful. Once the contract is signed they don’t want to see your face, nobody will talk to you.
It was a bad idea buying land for living in the New Sky Group Developer who does not care about its customers, make false and misleading statements

The team RPM are absolutely fantastic. If we hadn’t been lucky enough to meet Dean Irvine at an open for inspection, we’ll still be searching for a place to live. Unlike other agents, he took note of what we were looking for and rang my wife to say that he had a property she might like. The paperwork process was not something I was looking forward to, but Megan Taylor made it seem simple and definitely stress free. Megan Taylor from RPM was recommended by a friend and I'm so grateful. I had already had another agent who I felt had undervalued the rent on my Investment Property by $50 a week. Enter Megan! She ended up getting me 7 applicants in the first week and my property is now collecting $100 a week more than the original agent promised (and $50 more than I hoped)! Nothing has been too difficult for Megan and her team. I've found them to be extremely responsive and supportive. I'm one super happy landlord!
