Services
Mijail is a IFBB competitor who is constantly evolving into a better version of himself. He started Bodybuilding at a young age in his home country of Peru. He since then has been very successful in many shows both in Peru and in Australia which is now his home Country. Mijail became part of the Knockout Nutrition team back in 2012 after being a loyal customer for years.
As a junior athlete she won the National championships & Amateur Olympia. In opens she has placed second in the NSW state championships & Arnold Qualifier & placed top 10 at The Arnold's 2 years in a row. Outside of competing Shannon works full time as a Physiotherapist. She is highly involved with sports Physiotherapy working with teams including Penrith cricket, NSW hockey, the NRL referees, rugby union & kayaking.
