This is such a lovely florist with a beautiful, modern approach to floral design. I’ve had a bunch of arrangements made by them and every time they are so accommodating, creative and lovely. They made the most beautiful arrangements for my bday dinner a few months ago. We’re so lucky to have them in Hawthorn East!

Re a previous one star review- Calling a florist at 8:30am *on Valentine’s day* and wanting an early morning delivery- then being surprised it’s not possible is just ridiculous. So unfair to leave a poor review for his poor planning and unrealistic expectations. I’ve never had anything but great service from this florist.

Great service and they truly understand their customer's needs! I rang this place to see if I could make any changes to their beautiful mixed colourful glass vase arrangement to add some purple flowers as they are my sister-in-law's favourite colour and they were very happy to accommodate. Thank you 'Lucy Loves Charlie Flowers' as my sister-in-law loved her flowers :-)
