Private Pilates sessions are ideal for injury rehabilitation or as a chance to work on your individual skills with a personalised program. These sessions are specifically tailored for your goals and needs. We will always start with an Initial Consultation where we take you through an assessment program and discuss your personal goals.
We have two beautiful locations in Perth's northern suburbs - Wangara & Clarkson. Our studios are set up with the highest grade equipment and facilities to ensure excellent client experience. Joining Breathe Pilates is one of the best things I have done for myself. I started on the trial pass which is such great value. All the staff are friendly and really care about teaching you the correct form. Plus it’s really a little community I love going week in week out 💕 and my body thanks me for it. OMG I did Cardio Reformer last night and can hardly move. I have never had so much pain in my muscles. Have been coming to breathe for 2 months and I still get aches. I was so unfit and probably still am but love all the classes here both reformer and mat. Hopefully another couple of months I can do it with a little less pain,

I have been a member of Breathe Pilates for the last year and a half and honestly it has changed my life. I have fallen in love with Pilates as an exercise form, but more than that I’ve found a community that values health and feels like home. I’m so grateful to all the ladies at Breathe who bring something genuine, unique and valuable to the table. Have had the pleasure of exercising with the wonderful instructors at Breathe for just over 6 months now. After 2 months break whilst dealing with a snapped Achilles tendon, the whole team was incredibly supportive and after 3 months of reformer, yoga and mat work classes. I am months ahead of my rehab schedule.
Can't recommend the studio highly enough!

I visited three studios for Pilates over the course of 8 weeks and I couldn’t get over the exemplary customer experience and connection I felt at breathe. I’ve loved all my classes, even the hard ones and really enjoy the fun nature of the instructors. I’ve been cared for really well especially as I have specific health issues. 10/10 from me! I’ve signed up to a membership and I think they are great value too.

Each and every instructor at Breathe Pilates is very professional, caring, friendly and devoted to making Pilates an extremely positive experience for every client. I started Pilates April of last year at a time when my stress levels were extreme. Breathe Pilates quickly became my ‘happy place’. My fitness and core strength rapidly improved. Having… this time to myself together with the cheerful atmosphere created by the instructor and other clients helped me to reduce my stress levels. As such, I can highly recommend Breathe Pilates to anyone, no matter your age or fitness level

I love this place. I first started doing the pregnancy classes and I swear they helped me have a nice and quick labour. I also attended the post natal classes where I could bring my daughter which was great. I now attend weekly reformer classes and I love it. The atmosphere and instructors are great. Would highly recommend!

I love love love exercising at breathe Pilates!! I never realised how much of a sweat I can break from a simple reformer Pilates class. In the first 3 weeks, I immediately noticed a difference. Now 7 weeks on I have noticed a significant change in the shape of my body, I feel stronger, more flexible and can move my body in ways I never thought I could. All of the ladies at the Wangara studio are so lovely and know how to kick your butt! I can't imagine my mornings without my reformer classes. Definitely recommend you trying out all of the reformer classes.

What an amazing Pilates studio full of so many different classes to suit the needs of everyone. From stretch, to reformer to boxilates every class if extremely enjoyable and very well facilitated. Chloe and her team at Breathe are just wonderful and have helped me over the last 12 months get back in contact with my body and improve my flexibility and fitness.
