Supportive and transformative classes. When sending my first deposit I didn't 100% know what I should be expecting, which really was the joy of the whole experience. I grew within my self and pushed my body to crack new boundaries. I've made lifelong friends and will be forever grateful for this experience.

I will always cherish this trip and I'm super excited to get into routine when heading back to Perth. Helen, you're so inspiring! I worked for Helen for nearly 16 months and found this studio amazing for a more higher intensity Pilates workout which I love. Helen had a specific goal in mind for her studio and I believe she has achieved this.
Services
Helen's interest and experience in dance, fitness and human movement began at the age of five while she was receiving classical training at John and Bernadette Taylor's Ballet School. Helen's passion for dance and interest in a broader range of styles continued through her school years.

After leaving school, while pursuing her personal fitness goals, Helen completed a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Edith Cowan University, which lead her to work as a Business Development Manager for a large corporate travel company.In 2015 she decided to follow her heart and commenced her Stott Pilates training after several years of personal Pilates practice.
All of our reformer classes have been specifically structured to build your core strength illuminating any present lower back pain along with re-aligning your body to move in its correct way. We focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility and building your athletic endurance and stamina.
Think ankle weights, hand weights and ab work! Tone up and Shape up in this 45 minute high intensity class! We transform our Reformer machines into mats and focus on matwork principles whilst adding in our props to lift your heartrate and burn calories! This is a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, more toned and your booty will be burning!
What is Pilates? Pilates is a series of exercises geared to help posture and alignment of the body. When done on a regular basis you will gain flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, joint mobility, core strength, body awareness, coordination and all over muscle tone. Pilates exercises lighten the load on your spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles and alleviate tension.

Core Focus Pilates has been a part of my daily routine for 3 years now...a prefect way the end the work day. The studios are always such a welcoming environment with challenging classes. The instructors are lovely and helpful. I love that there are 2 studios and I am able to follow my favourite instructors around.

Out of all the fitness classes I have ever tried this is by far my favourite. You get a fantastic workout but in a relaxed environment. The instructors are lovely and the studio is clean and light. Highly recommend.

Core Focus Pilates has become an essential part of my routine and I always leave feeling energised for the day. I have been attending for about 18 months now and I have never felt stronger. The classes continue to challenge me and there is plenty of variety.

Core Focus Pilates is my favourite pilates studio ever! I've attended other classes at studios around the world, but there is definitely something special about Core Focus Pilates. The instructors are so knowledgable and friendly. They are constantly changing up the workouts, which is fantastic for me as the type who gets bored easily doing the same repetitive workouts. At Core Focus, I'm always looking forward to my next workout.

I have absolutely love doing reformer Pilates classes at Subiaco studio! Not only does it have an amazing vibe about the space, the girls are all so gorgeous and I always have an amazing workout! I highly recommend anyone wanting to start out or is more experienced!

Core Focus is fantastic for reformer Pilates. As a complete beginner with hypermobility I was a bit intimidated by the thought of using a reformer and joining a group class but the team are so supportive, no matter whose class you attend they are all so wonderful and encouraging. Classes are at work-friendly times too. I can't recommend Core Focus highly enough, I always leave on a high!

I'm a beginner at pilates and core focus took care of me so well! The instructors made me feel confident and comfortable in each class considering it was an exercise that I was not familiar with. I have recommended core focus to so many and they have all said the same thing.
