Lou Projects is a sustainable building company based on the Central Coast, NSW. Our vision is to change the building industry by building more sustainably and designing and building homes that are healthy and energy efficient. We do renovations and home extensions but our heart goes to building more beautifully designed and energy efficient homes.

Lou Projects is a sustainable building company on the Central Coast, NSW. Our focus is to build healthy, energy efficient and sustainable homes, at an affordable price. We also want to make the building process easier for everyone involved, particularly the homeowner. We do this by working closely with our designers, engineers and suppliers to ensure a smooth build from start to finish.

Andrew and the team at Lou Projects have completely transformed what was a very unused and wasted space, in to our new outdoor living area/deck and we couldn't be happier!! They have also completely transformed our old brick exterior in to a more modern look with cladding. Whilst we had some ideas on our plans, the team were really able to further this with their own suggestions along the way!
The team have been very professional throughout the whole process, and have a friendly and tidy manner - we looked forward to having a chat with them each day.

We renovated part of our family home with Lou Projects and were blown away with the level of innovation and quality of craftsmanship. Their eco-friendly philosophy, ‘built-to-last’ mentality and understanding of contemporary design left us immediately impressed.

My husband and I purchased a Lou Projects built home in December 2019. The Killara House oozed sophiscation and class. No expense was spared when this house was built and this is throughout the whole residence, from the incredible front door made of the most beautiful recycled hardwood materials to the finer details like the handmade blush pink stone basins in the bathrooms.
The open plan living is incredible not to mention all the sustainability elements that this house has to offer.

The quality of the build is second to none. Andrew spent many hours seeking out first class materials for the various jobs, consulting with other tradesman for ideas and best practice and obtaining all the correct paperwork for council requirements. We are both considerably

The team at Lou Projects are great, the boys are so lovely and it was a pleasure to have them working on our home. They built our dream outdoor area and we couldn’t be happier! For our next project there is no doubt we will be calling Andrew and his team for the job.

We recently completed what can only be described as a dream studio build on our property. Andrew and his team where a dream to work with on what turned out to be a not so simple build. We were in a badly 'flame zone' rated BAL area which changed what and how we built.
From start to finish we were guided through the process and always felt in control of what was happening whilst able to rely entirely on Lou Projects to manage everything for us.
We can't recommend them enough and will be definitely using them throughout further renovations we plan to complete over the next 24 months.
