Services
At both hospitals we have well equipped operating theaters with state of the art monitoring equipment and anesthetic machines. During surgery your pet is closely monitored with this equipment with a qualified surgical nurse to ensure the safest of conditions whilst under general anesthesia. After surgery your pet is monitored by our nursing staff whilst recovery in a heated recovery ward.
Our Pet Healthcare Package has been designed to give you peace of mind by providing premium veterinary care at an affordable price. A yearly membership covers your pet for all of his/her preventative healthcare requirements. The membership most importantly covers the full cost of an annual examination/vaccination, and includes subsidised consultation fees throughout the year.

The Veterinarians themselves are lovely and show a lot of love towards all our animals. However cannot say the same for one of the receptionists we’ve had to deal with. Their level of customer service skills are almost nonexistent.
Last night I was questioned whether our dog has had obedience training when he is just an excited 6 month old pup in which they don’t have the capacity to control even on a leash. We found them quite rude on numerous occasions therefore I’m giving them 2 stars.
Unless I directly see the interaction between them and my animals, how am I so sure they are treating
