A note to the vet … I am absolutely disgusted that after 6 visits over the past 6 months that our girl Tia was repeatedly dosed up on meds that were ineffective to her condition . Diagnosed with environmental allergy we believed you knew what you were talking about we tried all kinds of remedies for Tia ( & ourselves antihistamine,… hydrozole,lamisil )by 3 rd visit the meds proved to be ineffective and stressed that we would like to pursue other avenues as I believed it to be either mange( as we started breaking out in an itchy rash but told again environmental allergy??)or a

We're so blessed to have them in our neighborhood. Our two male cats have been given the utmost care and consideration here since we adopted them as kittens 4 years ago. Rob is very calm and gentle with them, provides them with Feliway, and makes their experience as comfortable as possible which they respond very well to. He answers any questions I have and goes the extra mile, his staff are friendly, warm, and just as lovely. He's our vet for life - thank you Dr. Rob!

Very caring and very thorough.
If you ask - Dr. Rob will explain, (plainly, in Strine, not "technicalese") so that pet owners are well informed.
From my experience he treats pet and owner as a "unit" which is great.

Dr Robert is the best vet. He has been looking after my Maltese x Lhasa Apso now going on three years and I highly recommend him. His jokes are corny lol but his love for animals and the way he is with them is priceless. Everything is explained in a way hoomans can understand and no question is a stupid question. Robert is the Doctor Dolittle of pets. My Staffy Girl cannot wait to see him everytime we go. Since finding Robert, I'll never need another vet. Robert is the most caring, thorough Vet I've ever known.

Dr. Robert and his administration staff Michelle and Lisa have been treating our pets for over 5 years now.
They are amazing with animals, understanding and kind toward their owners.
Dr. Robert helped us very recently with one of the most heartbreaking moments pet owners never want to experience!
Our beautiful girl Honey (a rescue dog with the biggest heart) took a turn for the worst. She deteriorated rapidly and a tumour was discovered in her spine.
We couldn't have had a better veterinarian team around us during this sad time.

Dr Rob was amazing when I recently had to send my Lexie girl to heaven. So kind and caring. Went through everything with me before hand so I knew what to expect. One of the hardest things I've had to do, he made it as peaceful as it could be. Made such a horrible thing dignified for my girl. Could not recommend this vets highly enough.

We have been taking our pets to Robert for over 25 years and he has always been wonderful. The most caring vet and does his best to help in any way at all. Absolutely awesome people not only do they provide the upmost care for your animals they care about people aswell. Highly recommend their services.

Have been seeing this vet over the years with multiple animals.
Robert, the Vet, I find to be caring thorough and jocular even in times where it is a sad visit, as he tries to lighten the distress of losing a best friend. The only downside to such a great vet is that it can sometimes be hard to get in at short notice.
This is a great clinic that I will continue to use.

L highly recommend Rob as a vet , all my dogs love seeing him. Even when 1 of my dogs were sick and wouldn't make it, he was very. passionate and respectful.

Avoid this place at all costs! Will turn your pet away in a emergency, their lack of care resulted in a death today and trying their hardest to hide it. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to AEC Frankston in a emergency they are open 24h 365 days a year.

My dog Karma has many visits up his sleeve for visiting John and Michelle at their surgery.. They have seeing him for about five years always treated with love and treated at his level.. Karma will be 12 this month and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Thanks guys..

At this point, Robert and Lisa are pretty much part of the family. We've had some drama with our pets over the 11 or so years we've been coming here, and they're always caring and supportive and helpful. They remembered when our kids were born and were perfect when we had to let our old sick dog go. Couldn't ask for better.
