Services
At Frankston Heights, we help families ensure that their pets have the best life that they can possibly have, right up until after they close their eyes for the last time. If cure is not an option, then together we work to make them comfortable until it is time to let them go. We make sure that putting your friend to sleep is the calm, quiet and stress-free experience that it should be for both animal and family.
Having a sick or injured pet can be really distressing and it's important to know what to do in an emergency. Many pet owners head straight for the vet and at Frankston Heights, we will always provide urgent care as a priority. However, if you can phone us before you leave, it allows us to give you some first aid advice and prepare for your pet's arrival.

The vets, nurses and admin are all so lovely and caring toward my dogs. My girl has bad anxiety about visiting the vet and they are so accommodating of her. They give her a bandana with relaxing pheromones and treat her kindly. Not all vet clinics are like this. I am very picky about where I'll leave my dogs and who with, but it's safe to say I trust these guys to look after them as I would.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
We have been coming here since we moved to Frankston in 2019. The practice is excellent and most importantly Harry is happy to be looked after by the team, especially in these Covid times. The care and advice we have received from the vets and nurses can not be faulted and every question is answered.

I started using this clinic 20 years ago when I saught a second opinion about my dog suddenly becoming unwell. They saved her life. I have been using them since. The lovely staff have cared for my dogs from puppies to seniors with the oldest now 17 and very healthy. They are really understand and respectful about the cost of tests and procedures and work with owners to help find solutions that ensure your pet has the best level of care for their individual needs.

My partner, daughters & friends have been coming to this vet for over 10 years now and always found the veterinary staff to be exceptionally nurturing, professional and and highly skilled in all facets.
The nursing staff regardless of the situation were also very helpful, caring and experienced, not to forget-very cheerful which was really nice and reassuring, especially when your ‘fur baby’ is sick!
Reasonable consultation price & medication prices. Dog nail clipping price a bargain at $5.00 or $10.00 and being a donation to a Charity.
