Rhett is a great trainer with a lot of knowledge and will certainly help you achieve your goals .
If you need rehabilitation from old injuries or a nice quiet gym with personal service then this is the place 😁

I started with Rhett and Body Revival in 2012 and have been with them ever since. It is the best fitness place I have ever been involved in. Whether is a group session or a PT you will always get the best. Rhett has definitely changed my life for the better. I can't recommend him highly enough. Your goals are his passion.

I have been training with Body Revival for about 6 months, and I have to say they are a fantastic group. They cater for all ages and fitness levels and are so flexible. I have a bad knee and they always have an alternative exercises for me to do if I am struggling. There is never any pressure put on me to do something I can't do, but they are always encouraging me to try different things and showing me the correct way to move so as to avoid injury. And of course they always push me to my limits, I never walk away without breaking a sweat! Definitely recommend!
