Kevin was fabulous and explained exactly what we needed to remove our kittens odour from a repeated area she kept soiling. We tried doing ourselves but decided to get a professional to do it properly once and for all. We had occasion to ring who we believe was the company owner upon entering a house which we take care of. The invoice for his work was left on the kitchen bench which was very confusing and no real clear explanation of what he had done at the property. We rang him just to clarify what his form meant whereby we were told it was clear enough so that people like "us" didn't have to ring him. The man was rude and self righteous and basically told us we have no right to call, clearly lacking any evidence of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my dealings with this
