Had a booking with this lot then after searching around and looking at reviews I rung around for a better option for me. Called Sam and let him know he was rude swore at me over the phone and called me disgusting names!!!

This company is a joke, the wife booked them because she said she saw good reviewz (can't find where) anyway were due to start our bond clean at 730am, 750am we get a call saying that the cleaner is sick and can we reschedule, i said no as we had travelled 2 hrs to be there to let the cleaners in, he said he'd call back.. . An hour later he called and said he can have a cleaner do a double shift and that they would be there at 1230...... 1pm rolled around no-one was there.. . I called and Sam said he'd been in a meeting and that they team was running late and he hadn't had a

Had the carpets done by Coleman from this company during a bond clean. Was told by the real estate company there was dirt and food scraps still on the carpet after he was done. We contacted him to come back and clean but they refused. Was hung up on 3x times when trying to ask about the carpets. Taking the case to the ACCC. I strongly advise to rethink using these guys.!!

Professionalism might not be the strong point here. Called me an hour before his due arrival and said if I didn't call him back in 20 minutes he wasn't coming. No reason why I had to call him before he came over, just that I had 20 minutes to get it done.
As I was in a doctors appointment, I didn't get to call him back for 40 minutes, but by then he stopped answering my calls, didn't call back to reschedule, and basically chose to ignore us.
Given we are having carpets
