This is my third install with efficient pure plumbing. the team have been awesome - always on time, talked me through what was being installed and cleaned up after themselves as usual. I want to make mention of Matt specifically, he's installed 6 split systems in 2 houses for me and his work has been awesome and he's always looked at the best solution, in this case making for a cleaner installation without the need for a second pump.

Efficient Pure Plumbing gave me the best quote in town. Paul the sales rep worked with me to provide the best solution and price to have Daikin air conditioners installed in my daughters bedrooms. The time frame to have the install done was very fast and just in time for summers hot weather. Brenton, Joel and Scott did the installation in under 4 hours for 2 units ! Needless to say I was impressed. The units work excellent and my daughters are loving them. The wonderful service started from the first phone call! Matthew completed a thorough inspection of my existing system to determine exactly what was needed. Matthew was able to answer all my questions and provide a thorough quote with multiple options to suit my budget. The team turned up on time and completed the job as advised, cleaned up after themselves and took every bit of rubbish. The price was competitive. Daniel came to service our heating and cooling units today and he was so informative, honest and lovely to deal with. He picked up on numerous issues with our units caused from the initial installation (not installed by this company can I point out!!) that we can now get fixed and I am so thankful! I cannot recommend Daniel and this company more highly!
