I was very impressed with the service I received. Not only was a visit arranged at short notice, but my air con unit was repaired and is now in good working order, after I had been told previously it was not worth repairing and I needed a whole new unit !!!
The cost involved was very reasonable as well. As you can imagine, I am a very happy and relieved customer!. My dog is enjoying the cool indoor temperature at last..

System has now been installed for a month and working great. After getting a few quotes from different suppliers I went with aspen air even though they were the most expensive.
Scheduling the install of two days was quick and painless. The team arrived and got straight to work. Last day of the install I arrive home after they had finished and found, nails and debris from the removal of the old evaporative unit scattered across the driveway. Piles of plaster dust all through the house where the air registers were cut into the ceiling.
Inspecting the roof space I found broken roof tiles left lying

Had our evaporative cooling system installed by Aspen Air.
Boys arrived on time and kept me up to date with the installation. Ours was a big job that required two days.... I had a gap in my roof that the boys found and fixed for me .. cleaned up after themselves.
Good price and a great job done by Aspen Air - thank you - would highly recommend.

Aspen Air were extremely professional to deal with. Chris came out to our place to properly evaluate our situation, he provided various options for us to consider. We did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot.
Chris and his team replaced our ducted heating system, he also cleaned our evaporative cooling at no extra charge!
