I carry the basic, commonly-required parts to repair your ducted heater or evaporative cooler during the first visit. However, if a non-standard part is required, I'll order the part and arrange to return to complete the work as soon as possible. Services
It can be confusing, initially, to work out the best way to use the controller (the small control box on the wall). During a service call, I can show you how to use the controller and set it up for optimum operation. Brivis contour, Brivis AD, Brivis Profiler, Brivis Advance, Brivis buffalo, Brivis wombat, Brivis MPS and Brivis Starpro max.
There are a number of Error Codes which can appear on your Networker control. Common Error Codes are Error 30hi, Error 35hi, Error 65hi, Error 50hi, Error 55hi, Error 41hi, Error 42hi or Error 36hi, for example. These codes give a technician an idea of what problem(s) are present, including what parts may be needed.
There's been a lot of publicity about carbon monoxide poisoning. Carbon monoxide poisoning occurs after enough inhalation of carbon monoxide (CO). Carbon monoxide is a toxic gas but being colourless, odourless, tasteless, and initially non-irritating, it's very difficult for people to detect. Sometimes, initial symptoms can be flu-like, or perhaps there's a stuffy quality to the air in the room.

My Brivis ducted heater broke down two days ago. Being Winter, I needed a reliable person to get it fixed quickly. Called Colin and an appointed was set the following morning. He was on time, professional and quickly identified the problem. The faulty part was replaced and the heater was working perfectly again. He even carried out an overall service of heater. The pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone requiring their heater serviced.

Colin is fantastic!! My heater wasn’t working on the weekend and he talked me through restarting the pilot light on the phone and then refused to charge me. He saved my family from a freezing cold weekend or from having to pay the exorbitant fees that everyone else charges. It is rare to find someone with such honesty and integrity. Can’t recommend him enough!!

I was googling for an experienced technician for my faulty gas ducted heating and found Colin with many rave reviews.
I contacted Colin and he came within 2 hours. My ducted heating unit was placed at an inaccessible area on the roof and Colin tried his best to work his way around it.
In the end, he didn't manage to due to the limited space and weird design of the roof (not his fault at all and something which I need to figure out). But Colin continues to provide me information and guide me on how best to deal with this situation.
Though he didn't manage to repair my unit, which I think he personally

Colin is the best Brivis technician in my area. I hired a different company before but after 1 month, my heater broke again - I had a very bad customer experience but I won't go into detail with that.
I hired Colin instead. I can't find any fault in his workmanship, it's been a year now and I'm still very happy with my heater.
