Australian Clinical Labs is one of Australia's largest, privately owned pathology practices. Established in 2001, provides comprehensive range of pathology services to general practitioners, medical centres, nursing homes in the Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle regions. Australian Clinical Labs is a NATA/RCPA accredited category GX Laboratory.

We offer telehealth services at our practice for all general consultations, including repeat scripts, referrals & discussion of test results. However, this service is only available for existing patients of the practice, who have had a face-to-face appointment with a doctor is the last 12 months from the date of telehealth booking.

Receptionist was kind and offered to wait in separate room since I had my baby with me and COVID cases were high. However, the doctor was not wearing a mask properly (covering half of her mouth only, not the nose at all). And I went there because they are authorized to give the Yellow Fever vaccine, but they don't know how it works! They are supposed to have the vaccine in the medical center in stock, but instead, they sent me to the pharmacy with a prescription to buy it. Of course I couldn't find it in any pharmacy because that is not how it works (for this specific vaccine). One kind pharmacist

Our booster vaccine appointment was on time and on schedule. The practice was very busy post Xmas and the staff were working tirelessly and very efficiently. Our booking was for 4 adults and we were all attended to promptly at the same time. All done in 15 mins (including post wait time). Many thanks!

If I could give zero stars I would. There are much much better places and doctors to go to than this place. You will find doctors who care about their patients and not just consider them customers. My doctor was the owner of this clinic. He was dismissive.arrogant and extremely ignorant. Refused to listen to the patient experience. Said he would call me back in an hour or two. Still waiting weeks later. But I guess now I know where the reception and admin team get the same habit from and not caring about people.

Staff is friendly and willing to help but seems very confused and clumsy at times with the processes, maybe because the clinic gets new people in often, maybe they deal regularly with very busy schedule, I don't know. Doctors seem very professional and kind. They can quickly arrange telephone appointments and it's reasonably to get in for a check up.
I am currently with Dr Katie and she's indeed a sweetheart. I am very happy with the provided care.

The services performed were first class, my 2 Covid19 shots were done by super friendly, super efficient practitioners with excellent bedside manner. The organization side, however, was totally different. Multiple emails giving different times of appointments, multiple emails requesting for online forms to be filled when they had been done previously and acknowledged. The Practice needs a system overhaul, but the outcome is good!
